What areas do you offer in-person therapy?
New Frontier Speech Therapy provides in-person services in our Saint Charles clinic. Online therapy is available to clients located anywhere in the State of Missouri.
Can you work with my child if they are already receiving speech therapy at school or through the First Steps program?
Yes! New Frontier Speech Therapy is more than happy to coordinate therapy with other therapists your child may be working with to provide any additional therapy needed.
My child did not qualify for speech therapy at their school or with First Steps, can you still work with them?
Yes! Many children do not qualify for state provided services, however that does indicate whether or not your child has a delay that is impacting their communication.
Is an evaluation required prior to services beginning?
It is best practice to begin with an evaluation to identify both a client's current skill level as well as the underlying challenges contributing to the presenting issues. If a client has had a recent evaluation in all areas of concern, we may be able to use the findings of that evaluation to guide our treatment planning.
